I'm trying to find more information about my great-grandfather Frederick Isaac Drew and his family.

He appears to have been born in Newport, Mommouthshire, Wales approx, Aug 28, 1869. I can't seem to find any information on his parents or siblings.

He emmigrated to Canada before 1900, since his first (I assume) son was born in 1900, BC, Canada.

The birthdate I have for him comes from a Canadian Censis record.

If he was born 28th August - his birth must have been registered after 30th September for it to be in the December qtr

This family is not on the 1881 census so presume they emigrated between 1871-1881
