Antrobus Family

Looking for any information on the Antrobus family who lived in Bollington in 1800,s .My great grand mother was Frances Antrobus. born 1861.
I cannot see any census with her name before she married John Ridley  Awaiting some news.

Can I just check - the only marriage I can see for a Frances Antrobus to a John Ridley was 21 June 1860, in prestbury, her father Philip Antrobus, his Walton Ridley; she was 35 he was 32. When did your Frances Antrobus marry John Ridley?

I would love to know more about her family  before she married my great grandfather.

I have a Surname index for the 1841 census of cheshire and listed are Anthrobus from Ashmore,Ashton and Aspey they be your family or not but at least its places to look.Happy researching.

Frances' baptism and that of her siblings is on the Family search beta site, parents Philip & Mary; there is also a marriage in 1815 of a Philip to a Mary Brook in Prestbury which may be yours but you'd need to check on all the records available.
