Hi Just found this reference to the Blue bell Inn, Falkirk. My ancestors are in the 1891 and 1901 census records as inn Keeper and spirit merchants in the Blue Bell Inn. The head is Mary Laing Webster and she lives with siblings Thomas, Iron moulder, Christina, Robert & James in 1891 and in 1901 there is William a Draper, Thomas still an iron moulder, Christina a spirit merchants assistant, Robert a grocer and James a joiner. The picture on Google earth suggests there was little room upstairs!
Does anyone have any photos of the inn etc or any other information please
