Looking for Electoral rolls

I am aware that Rootschat does not hold/or give information on living persons however I am trying to identify somebody with an address in Hemel Hempstead in 1976 and wonder if there are electoral rolls that can be consulted for the period from 1976. Would be grateful for any advice.

Contact Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies.  I looked up some electoral rolls for the 1920s there a while back.  Not complete by any means and I dont know whether they have anything for more recent dates, but worth a try.

Why not try Hemel Hempstead Library too. I dont know if they have the electoral rolls there but on my visit there the staff were very helpful.
