I am looking for my great grandfather (or help to find him) Henry Nicholas George Farrow (see down for other surnames). He was born in Austria c 1848. His father's name was Frank (on the wedding certificate). He was a lamp trimmer. The marriage certificate has 3 different names on it-Ferrini/Ferrori/Ferraini (?Ferrari).
He married Mary Jane Glitherow. He then changed his name to Farrow. They had 5 children Amelia (my grandmother), Charlotte, Henry, Johannah and Ethel.
He is in the 1911 census papers as living in West Ham and a resident of England. Does this mean he did not take out citizenship?
I would be very grateful if anyone can steer me in the right direction so that I can find out where he came from and who his forebears were.
