Records prior to 1864:parish?

I wonder if there is any easy to obtain Irish Parish records I live in England so visiting local churches is not an easy option.Any advice would be gratefuly recieved.

The location of the records depends on the religion involved - Catholic records are available in the National Library in Dublin, Church of Ireland records in the Representative Church Body Library in Rathfarnham etc...

There are no Co. Carlow parish records available on line at the moment that I know of, but the IrishGenealogy website has plans to add some to their website - see : http://www.irishgenealogy.ie

Try "googling" Crowe + Carlow.

I did that a couple of years ago and a whole website of my Cummins line of Carlow came up!!

Example of Crow + Carlow ( there is a Crowe Burial on there)
