George Yeomans

Looking for any Help Please on George Yeomans my Great grandad.I believe he lived in York.My Grandad his son was leonard Yeomans born approx 1897.Leonard Married Margret newman wynne in York november sixth 1920 in york.all saints pavment york.they lived at 4 masons buildings coppergate york. So dont know if they lived with leonards parents,any help on george  yeomans and spouse if possible seem to draw a blank on both aswell as william wynne from preswich manchester (margrets newman wynne ,s Dad i was told my nanna Margret would have newman in her name has her mums maiden name dont know how true that is.thanks to anybody who can help...Maz

HI Maz,

Not sure if you are still looking into this but I stumbled across your post whilst looking into my family tree.

It appears that my 3rd Great Aunt lodged with a Mrs Jane Curtis of 5 Masons Buildings in 1911. On further investigation I found a Mr Yeomans?? lived in 8 Little Stonegate. I also found that Elizabeth Yeomans and her Son Leonard lived in 12 Masons Buildings at the same time. See below links.
