William married Elizabeth Brown in Falkirk in 1831. They had 6 children: James Brown Drummond, b. 1831; Isabella, b. 1833, m. John Marshall, 1852; Elizabeth, b. 1835; John, b. 1837; William, b. 1839 and Elizabeth Cochran, b. 1842. He married a second time, to Elizabeth Fleming, from whom I descend.
