Frederick Watkins born Ludlow 1877

hi there,
Just a quick note wondering if anyone can help with any info on another 'elusive' character in my watkins tree ?
Frederick Watkins was born in Ludlow in 1877 son of Richard Watkins
As the family expands and moves closer to the Bridgorth area, the older children seem to get split from the younger ones ? Frederick seems to just disappear ? - any help much appreciated

Was his birth registered in the name Frederick William? There's a William who seems to appear in 1891 after Frederick disappears

1891 in service at Bridgnorth Staffordshire RG12/2094 41 1
1901 boarding at Pattingham Staffordshire RG13/2668 90 3

Ten years later, there's a William F born ca. 1877 Ludlow in West Derby district, possibly with a wife Sarah nee Talbot (Marriage William Frederick Watkins - Sarah Talbot Dec 1904 West Derby district/ Wavertree St Michael)
