Could I please have the info on the 1891 census for Eli Crossley b 1860 in Yorkshire and the 1901 census for his wife Emma.
On ancestry for 1891 he is down as Eliz Crossley with (Eli Crossley) underneath.
His wife is Emma.
Found proable death for him in 1899 so Emma would be by herself with the children in 1901
Trying to work out what children they had.

Hi,

The 1891 Census shows 2 children:
Minnie May aged 3 and Ethel aged about 10 months

I've Found a possible Ethel on the 1901 Census with an uncle; the age fits and the uncles name is a bit coincidental.
1901
Eli Ely                   55
Susannah Ely   52
Alice Ely                   20
Ethel Crossley   10

I have got both Census images should you want them.  I will look a bit further later, or maybe someone else will follow up on Minnie
