Need help posting photo( SORTED.)

Hi

Have been trying to put a photo on the site for recolouring etc but no matter how many times I change the file name it comes up with the following message.Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.I have sent them before no problem.

Sorry! There is already an attachment with the same filename as the one you tried to upload. Please rename the file and try again.
