Does anyone have any knowledge of  any Dillons in Tipperary pre 1840.  Not the lords and ladies - but the important common folk.    :)

I only know my great-grandfather's birth place on the 1841 UK census was Tipperary - as were his brothers Martin and Michael and other siblings.  A very long-shot request I know  :P

cheers

We have Dillons in our family tree (William Patrick Fanning married Mary Josephine Dillon ).
This Dillon family originally came from Sth Tipperary and settled in Bulla, Victoria, Australia and lived in a house called Willowbank. Sound familiar? One was Martin Dillon. I have more info on these Dillons if they are related.
