Can anyone help as to where  there are any records available of the people buried in the grounds of Brecon Cathedral, also in the Cathedral itself,

We surveyed the Cath. graveyard M.Is about 10 years-printed. Internal M.Is dealt in detail-Theophilius Jones, Glanusk edition "History Of Brecs. etc." 4 volumes.

I published the external M.Is some yeras ago. Just migh have some in stock, need to check. Best to quote your interests before acquiring the booklet.
