Have you obtained any more information about your Muirhead ancestors ....
harriet+william russell Did they live in the town of Wexford or somewhere else in the county?

Hi Christopher, sorry that I have taken so long to reply, I have found out that Harriette Muirhead was actually called Alice Harriette Muirhead and she was born in Wexford but orphaned at an early age, then taken to Scotland to live with an Aunt, at the moment I cannot find her precise year of birth but I think it was 1894, Thank you so much for your interest, Bethan

Hiya Bethan,

I looked at Griffith's Valuation for Wexford which took place in 1853. There was no sign of a Muirhead but there was one Moorhead.
