Hi - does anyone know of a Fifth Column incident which occurred whilst surfacemen were working on the railway lines near Heathcote Valley during WW2.

This apparently involved the regular gang of surfacemen and a fellow who was manpowered to the gang.   The regular gang of men dealt with the incident through official channels.

There was a piece on google concerning this but I am unable to trace it again.  There were no names and it was possibly a government report, released after a time limit.   Welcome any replies.  Thanks.  Dinny.
