Here's a link to your earlier thread where you got lots of help with Hawthorne family. You actually only mentioned all the brothers being in the War at the end of the thread but didn't ask for help on finding details of their military records-
Wicked.
i believe up to 12 members of my family may have fought in WW1. Thomas and Albert were 2 of 8 brothers who all signed up together to fight in WW1.
It's amazing to find this out.

hi I am the great grandaughter of hugh hawthorne whom served the great war along with seven of his brothers my great uncles I live about 3 miles from magheragall I have a tree on ancestry .co.uk.under the name crouch family you will find alot there about the hawthorne family of magheragall and a story about the brothers who went to war hope this is of some help you also like to visit war graves wedsite it is a brillant site for anyone looking ancestors who died in the great war

Ps not only were there 8 brothers but there was also a brother in law who served. THere were 2 sisters in the family

ancestry has a free 14 day trial were you can look up records I used the trial last year thought it was brilliant joined this year for £12.per month as a premium member. As you can only use the free trial once. I think it is worth every penny.You just type in the name of your ancestor then ancestry tell you about other people with same research interests which is member connect You will find most of the time they have the info your looking for.You should give it ago its free for 14 days if its not for you just sign off after 14 days.
