Would SKS please look-up some information in the following books?

Mines and Miners of Cornwall
Written by the late Dr A K Hamilton Jenkin and published between 1961 and 1970 in sixteen volumes, Mines and Miners of Cornwall contains a vast amount of information about Cornwall's metal mines.  I understand that the books are available at the Cornish Studies Library in Redruth and the Library of the Royal Cornwall Museum in Truro.

There is reference to Kemp(e), Richard in Volume X: on Pages 8 and 23.

I would be very grateful to have the information transcribed and sent on to me.
