The former vicarage since conversion to a nursing home, has been extended. Are you able to view it from above on Google Earth, to ascertain if the building still stands? For the OP, the attached pic has recently come to light.

Have you tried Friends Reunited, put in BMH Catterick and you will find a long list of people who served there. There's a fairly high chance that some will have photo's.

Hi.  I did my national service at Catterick Military Hospital (then it was the Northern Command Hospital) between 1958 and 1960 and I have also been looking for some old photographs of the hospital.  I worked in the path lab during that time and I have a few very poor quality pictures but taken in and around the lab with friends I worked with. I am still in contact with one friend from those days and have met him several times although he now lives in Canada.
I would love to have any information about those very happy days.
