would some one do me a 1871 cencus look up, for a mary wright born about 1851 in houghton green(hyde?, her father was william wright a coal miner,she was married in 1878 to a william mccormick(i have marriage cert),i am intriged as on the 1881 cencus she has a 9 year old daughter called nancy,(and another called eliza aged 4 will not be able to find her on the 1871 i understand that)just wanted to see where and who they were living with in 1871, :)thank you.

where are they in 1881 - Census Reference or place ?

there is a mary a wright mistranscribed as knight but she is married to william wright it looks like mary's surname was mottershead she was born in haughton here they are in 1871?

on her marrige cert it says her father was called william wright a miner,she was married in parish of bredbury county of chester district of stockport, is says( this parish) on marriage residence, on the 1891 cencus says she was born broughton green ireland we have since found out it was haughton not far from manchester, on 1881 cencus says born in hyde,

in which parish were they in the 1881 Census ?

Ah, OK - spelled Mc Lannack in Ancestry  ;)

in the 1891 cencus they were in higher booths rawtenstall.
