1880 Census Braidwood, Will, Illinois.

John Kelly 56 The age of John Kelly is correct
Sarah Kelly 45
James Kelly 21
Annie Kelly 14
Bernard Burgas 14 Nephew. Parents:- (Germany) and Ireland. Never seen anything in brackets before. This surname could be Burgas/Burglis/Burgess but on the 1900 census a possibilty is Barney Burgie. Born Missouri Mar 1866. Single. Although the parents for this chap are both born Missouri. Barney is just a roomer in Kansas City Ward 1, Jackson, Missouri.

1910 Medford, Grant, Oklahoma.

James H Kelly 51 Born Scotland. Immigrated 1863. Married 20 years. Manager..........
Florence B Kelly 37 Born Missouri. Has 2 children. 2 survive. Saleswoman at grocery store.
Sarah J Kelly 18 Born Colorado
Robert E Kelly 15 Born Oklahoma.

1920 Schulter, Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

James H Kelly 66 Widow. No occupation.
Robert E Kelly 24 Single. No Occuation.

According to anc..try tree. Sarah J was born 31 Dec 1892. Florence. Fremont County. Colorado. Sarah died 30 Sept 1915.

Florence Bell Clark (John's wife) Born 27 Oct 1870 in Lebanon, Laclede Co., MO. Died  24 March 1917in Trinidad, Las Animas, CO. Buried 26 March 1917 Masonic Cemetery. Trinidad. CO

Hugh Kelly 45 Owns Home $4,000. Age at marriage 28 yrs. Manager Theatre
Gertrude Kelly 40 Cashier Theatre.

WW2 Draft

Born 7 Sep 1885. Pekin. Illinois. Employer Anna Fluegel. Pekin Theatre Building. Tazewell. Illinois.Mailing address 1107 Park. Wife Getrude.

David Kelly. Born 13 May 1897 Tazewell. Illinois. (Quite difficult to read) Works for Coal Company. Names Mrs Mary Kelly as person who has always know him.

Dated 1917. Issued in Las Animas. Colorado. Occupation:- Coal Digger. Single at that date.


Robert Emmet Kelly 24 Mar 1894 in Wakita, Grant, Oklahoma. Died 1 Jul 1966 - Cliff, Grant, New Mexico. Burial  15 July 1966. Phoenix, Maricopa, AZ    Married Agnes Nichols, about 1920 ish. Had 3 sons:-

Robert John Kelly 27 Jan 1923 in Coalton, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. Died Sept 1977
in Phoenix, Arizona.

George Frederick Kelly 19 May 1927 in Coalton, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. Died  June 1979 in Phoenix, Arizona .
