Looking for the birth of Lydia Walker in Toddington about 1801.Found a 1803 christening .But not the birth

Births were only recorded from the start of civil registration in 1837. Before that you have to rely on church baptism records. Sometimes you can get lucky if the vicar added the birth date in the margin.

She appears to have been illegitimate, with her father possibly being MEAD. If there's any record of bastardy then you might get closer to a birth date. But I can't see any bastardy record at either A2A or BLARS online
