This is indeed my Eleanor - it's my family tree on A***Y.
Eleanor is present on the 1901 census with her mum and dad, but not on the 1911. Her dad Robert and two younger brothers, Robert and Joseph ARE on the 1911 census. Mum and Eleanor appear to have done a runner some time after Joseph's birth in 1905.
