Patrick [b.1847] arr.Sydney on Light Brigade 31/5/1867. He was a carpenter by trade.
Bernard[b.1858] arr. Sydney 1881 on Peterborough.He was a schoolteacher.
They had cousins in Sydney.
Mary Mulligan[b.1843 in Urney]arr.Sydney1/8/1863 onJohn Timperly.Married Hugh Dunn 1863.Two sons Thomas b,1864 Hugh b,1866 d.1867
James Mulligan [b.1842 in Urney] arr. Sydney on Trebalgon 28/6/18. He was a labourer
Their parents were Catherine Daly & Thomas Mulligan[dec.]

not quite sure what you are asking, but to trace family you can search civil record indexes on www.familysearch.org on the pilot search page or for pre 1864 records church records on pay-per-view site http://www.irish-roots.ie/ free to search & €5 per record to view.

Sorry if I'm being a bit slow understanding you but if all of the people mentioned in your original post went to Australia how can there be descendants in Ireland?

Are you looking for descendants of any siblings of the people who went to Australia?

Sorry for the misunderstanding.I am trying to trace any descendants of Bernard  & Mary Dunne [nee Smyth] alsoThomas &Catherine Mulligan [nee Daly].Hugh &Mary Dunne[nee Mulligan] may have returned to Cavan 1870?. Also Bernard Dunne may have left Sydney & returned to Ireland 1899
