Is this a place name,  or something else?  Where did you get it from and what does it relate to

I think Antininus is referring to the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. Although I think Blaenau has always been in the county of Meirionydd not Caernarfon.

The Oakley Arms is a pub about 5 miles south of Blaenau. I think the pub building was part of the estate of the Oakley family - I think it might have been a gatehouse/lodge/converted stables or coaching inn on the edge of their estate. The Oakleys were a local landed family. But it might not be what you were looking for.
