« on: Sunday 04 April 10 03:58 BST (UK) »
Hello,
I am looking for information on my husband's great-grandmother.  Mary J Maloney, born May 25, 1891.  She immigrated to the Us in 1907 from Ballylusky Tipperary.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Americangirl :)

Could this be your Mary?
Mary Maloney arrived 4 Sep 1907, age 15, left Queenstown on the Carmania.  She was Irish by birth.

Bridget,
Yes this is our Mary, thank you.  Just trying for information before she left Ireland, who and where she came from.

Thank you

If you know roughly where in Tipperary that Mary was from you could search for her on the Irish Civil BMD Index - see 2 Minute Introduction to Irish Records for details on searching the index and details on certs etc.

The townland of Ballylusky is just over 24km to the east of Cashel town and is in the Civil registration district also named Cashel .

Maloney is a very common name in the Tipperary area..
