Selina Susannah Davidson

Hi All,  Selina Susannah Wallace  Davidson married Augustus Frederick Curtis esq Lieut 5th Madras Cavalry in India on 18th September 1860 at Secunderabad India. Augustus died on 18th April, 1880 at Kensington,  England  and Selina and her two sons George Davidson Curtis and Arthur John were next heard of on the 1881 Census as being at 3 St James Place St Jacques St Peters Port Guernsey, they are all listed as Borders living with the Le Page family.  Selina died on 28th November 1882 at Guernsey according to the records of the East India Company.  Is anyone able to advise what the connection is with Selina and Guernsey, to travel all the way there, I feel that it was where her family came from but I have been unable to establish a connection, also is there a record of her death and if there is how do I go about obtaining the death certificate.  Other information says that she was born in India, her father was Alexander Davidson hope someone can help.
