Thanks for your help eveyone
Dale I think that might be her as no children recorded.
I do have the Parents births ( in UK) & deaths and I also know what happened to the other 4 children, its just these two.
It looks I have hit a brick wall with them

Sarah Ann VANT b 7 Oct 1822 Charlton next Woolwich, Kent  England died 4 May 1900 Fullarton, South Australia
One thing I cant find is their marriage. Sarah was married before to George SEAGER, no marrige recorded as far as I can see,  he died 29 May 1854 Adelaide death place not recorded.

Hello Sidsmith,

I was looking at Kung Leon's naturalisation for his signature in chinese characters, which could reveal his chinese birth name, but only found his "Kung Leon" signature on page 2.

Did you notice the words "Post to GPO Wentworth NSW" on the lower right hand corner of page 2? Have you wondered why he had an Adelaide address as well as maybe a Wentworth NSW address?

Wentworth, NSW can be located on the map www.whereis.com

Howdy, It looks like Kung Leon ran a business in Rundle Street.  See the section re 1870 in here: http://sahistoryhub.com.au/places/rundle-street
I also found some references on TROVE which I will try to add Still no info on family members though.

My grandfather is Young Longs grandson.

Young ended up moving to Wentworth and then Mildura and young’ had a son with Emma William Henry Long and his birth is 1894 and Emma died in 1896.

William Henry then married Ina Dillon and they had William Henry Long my grandfather.

Young ended up calling himself William Long and went by Willie.

I know he came to Aust on Koenig Willem II and arrived 25/6/1857 but it sank 5 days later. I can’t find a passenger list for it though. It was from Hong Kong

Thanks any info helps.

Emma's burial at West Terrace Cemetery, together with one of her sisters. It took me quite a bite of persistence to make the connection between the two.

Chinese names can be a pain to track down in South Australia anyway.

Update: Oh. I see the sister she is buried with is the other one you're looking for.

Emma's death is registered in the name of Emma Long. She died on 23 Apr 1878.
