shoulder Title copies
« on: Monday 12 April 10 16:46 BST (UK) »
Hi, just wondered if it was possible to purchase a copy of the 20th Battalion Lan Fus Shoulder Title ?, my Great uncle served with them in the great war.

I know you can buy copies of the VC and other medals that are rare or hard to come by but is it possible to purchase this Shoulder title ?

cheers

Not exactly what you wanted - but the closest I could find:

My great uncle served as an officer in the 20th Battalion Lancs Fusiliers - I have some information on their war - I presume that you already know of Michael Stedman's book "The Salford Pals"

Try Evil Bay??( i know the ones in the link arent Salford Pals ones ;))
Think original ones will be much sought and could be expensive!

I often use replica kit websites when trying to identify kit, their photos are generally clearer!

These chaps offer to copy pretty much anything!

If you google the shoulder titles you may come up with other sites as well. Good luck with your search....
