Holywell Orphanage
« on: Wednesday 14 April 10 19:41 BST (UK) »
I have come across "The St. Clare's Roman Catholic Orphanage for Girls" in the 1911 Census for:

(and sorry for this as my Welsh is none existent and the writing is dubious)

I think it's in Paulasajsh or Poilashgsh ??? Holywell

Does anyone know of this Orphanage?  Have any information regarding it or it's records please.

Wendi  :)

Hi Bilge !

No I had not.  I am not normally a follower of the Flintshire boards, but apparently a rellie was here, and I am most grateful that you directed me to the other treads..........

Thanks again!
