New York City Marriage 1890

Hey all,
I was hoping someone could give me a good idea of where to go to order a marriage certificate from 1890 in Manhattan NY??  I have the certificate number from the family history center, but I want a copy of the certificate to see if it has any more information on it.  The certificate number is 7746.  The date is July (or possibly June, but unlikely) 28, 1890.  In Manhattan NY.  The grooms name is Leben, Gustav and the brides name is Meillbach, Therese.  I ordered the certificate through the family history center, but didnt know what I was doing, so all I ordered was the index.
If anyone can give me a good idea of what I need to do first I would so appreciate it.  I looked it up on cyndislist, and just on a google search, but I am inexperienced and found a ton of places.  I really have no idea who I need to go through, so I thought I would ask you guys!!

I am sure shellyesq will tell you the best and cheapest way to get the certificate - she is the expert.

The IGI has some mysterious and quite detailed extracted info on Manhattan marriages including this one.  Per the IGI  the wedding date was 28 June 1890, Therese's father Augan Meillbach and mother Christina Behle; Gustav's parents Herman Leben and  Welhelmina Tusca

What is the IGI?  Where can I go find that?  Sorry, I have only been doing genealogy for just over a year and I am still learning the stupid stuff.

How would I contact shellyesq?  There is just so many different places to write and different prices, I just dont quite understand exactly what I need yet.

Here's your options for New York City:

You can order it directly from the city:  http://www.nyc.gov/html/records/html/vitalrecords/home.shtml  If you have a certificate #, the cost is $15 for older records.

Or, as you may have done before, you can request copies from the LDS church of vital records they have on microfilm.  They are $2 a piece with a $4 minimum order.  The form is here:  http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/RG/images/FReqMicrofilm.pdf  I'm not 100% sure, but it appears that the film with the actual certificates is here:  http://www.rootschat.com/links/08gy/
