Alice & Rose Maxted River Kent

I have found Alice Maud Maxted c 1886 River Kent & her sister Rose Hannah ( Anna ) Maxted c 1888 River Kent with their parents & siblings 1891 Census RG12/745.
8 Crabble River Kent Dover Union.
Rose Anna  Maxted married Henry Albert Stone Dec Q 1904 2a 2358 I found birth record for Mabel Frances Stone June Q 1916 Tenterden Kent 2a 1784
This is the problem; Alice Maud Maxted was later named within the family records as Alice Maud Stone She had a daughter Maud Eliza Stone c1904/6
The Stone family settled in Tenterden Maud Eliza Stone was later found in Tenterden Workhouse where she had a son Edwin Arthur Stone 1915.( illegitimate)
I can not find record of marriage for Alice Maud Maxted to a Stone. I wonder if this was a family secret ? How was she able to call her daughter by name of Stone if no record of her marriage ( if she was married )
Any ideas appreciated.

Can you clarify?
If MAud Eliza had a son in 1915, then it is unlikely she was born 1904/6 as she would then only be aged 9-11 when Edwin was born.

I cant see a birth for Maud Eliza Stone in Kent - I guess finding that and seeing who are named as her parents wil be a key to sorting this out.
Also finding them on 1911 census.

Will look on 1911 Census The only birth I found was in Portsmouth.

Agnes is my grandmothers birth mother
My grandmother was given up for adoption in Bournemouth 1939 at 4 years old.. Im trying to locate her birth family
