Hi,
I didn't think I was being harsh,. I'm really sorry if it sounded that way to you :'(.
Any marriages before BMD time will not show Parents ( England, Wales and Ireland).

I assumed you knew this if you have traced your family back to to the early 1800's and late 1700's.

Kind Regards :)

An extracted record is one that has been taken from the actual parish register as opposed to a submitted record which has been submitted by a patron of the LDS.

Entries which are from the controlled extraction program can generally be regarded as accurate, whilst private patron submissions are to be treated with extreme caution!

According to the IGI  it is Form submitted by a member of the LDS Church, not extracted.
International Genealogical Index

does that mean then i should go to st marys and ask for a copy of this record

The parish records for St. Mary's at that time will not be in the Church. They will have been deposited in the Diocesan Record Office, which will probably be the County Record Office
