Hi Wendy, brill, thanks for that, the man joseph is not the main stream in my tree just one of the many branches, my tree is a bit like tesco's, branches every where, I like to chase out family lines to put a bit of bulk other wise they are just a name, but it makes for working back to the root a problem, it looks like Joseph had two wives but they were very close together and trying to seperate the children, both the girls were Sarah and the marr took place between the 61 and 71 censuses, I think I got it after loads of jottings, any way thanks again wendy.............mick

My pleasure.

Like most of my tree branches there seems to be a choice of about 3 or 4 suitable applicants, especially with the Christian names being either William, John, Mary or Sarah  ::) ::)
