vic marriage lookup please

Thomas PEDDIE and his wife Jessie (nee SMITH) sailed to NZ in january 1866. I am looking for their marriage proir to that.
From the Public Record Office Victoria records index of outward passengers their ages are given as 28 & 24 respectively, but from cemetery records in NZ they would have been approx 37 & 30.
just to give some dimension to time scales

I would also like to trace their arrival from the UK (they were scottish), either singly or together

Thomas PEDDIE (born Perth, Scotland) married Jessie SMITH (born Edinburgh) in 1866.
