Hi, this may be a little late but I was born in 17 Kitchener Terrace, I lived there for a while but the street was demolished in 1973. The street was adjacent to Neptune Road which is still there now. Kitchener Terrace was west of Victoria Terrace which was west of Benton Way which is still there now (leads down to river.) The street stands next to Segedunum. Please advice your relatives surname as I may have known them. Hope this helps.
