Bayley - request for information

I am looking for Eric Edward Bayley who is listed as living at Little Moyle, County Carlow, Ireland in a Peerage website. He was the father of Vera Mary Bayley who married James Francis St Clair-Erskine in England in 1908. She was his third wife.I would like to know when and where  she was born and any other information about her and her family.
Other sites also give her a nickname of "Tommy" and said she was the mistress of Sir Robert Bruce Lockhart.

Any information would be appreciated - I seem to have exhausted the internet at this stage.

She died in 1975 in England
