Marriage Look up Please for William Prophet

My GGGGG Grandfather William Prophet ( Proffitt) married Mary Gardner 3 May 1758 Brailes Warwickshire.  The record office in Warickshire have advised, that the copy they have is damaged and incomplete and  that I need to see the Bishops record held in Worcestershire.

I am looking for there age and parents if someone can assist me that would be great.

Hi Edwin, I doubt there are anymore details for a Marriage in 1758, they usually only have the bride and groom, and perhaps a Witness.  Do you know if they Married by Banns or License?  Linell.

I am not sure I have been in contact with the Records Office who say that they have a copy of the record so I will send them the amount for the cost of the certifcate I think it is only about $12 New Zealand

Hi Edwin, it will be a print out of the actual register, no certificates before September 1837.  Linell.
