I am interested in setting up the great irish photo album - an online site which would collect all the photos and letters etc. from the various diasporas and from the people who never left here.

hi folks,

I would like to create the great Irish photo album. This would mean uploading all your ancestral photos of people who left here and people who stayed, plus their stories and documents.

Also, if you have made a trip to Ireland, how it worked out, what you would like to have known before you came, and what you felt about you and us  by the time you went home.

this is inspired by a very personal story....the only picture of my paternal great grandparents went to Argentina in 1906 and came back here in 2004.. and what a story was behind that...
