Dear Michael,If you can spare the time,would you  do me a look up please for a Patrick Mahon died 26 th April 1895 age 37, I know he lived in Mitchell Street,Walker?

Can I butt in please and ask if you can look up Interment info on 12th or 13th September 1915 for William Ross d.10th September 1915 276 Scotswood Road aged 57, husband of Ann.  I have the death notice but it states "Interment later".

I had mixed results in Newcastle Library today.

No sign of a death notice for Patrick Mahon around 26 April 1895. Was this right date ?

Evening Chronicle. Issue of 13 Nov 1915.

" Ross 276 Scotswood Road. on the 10th, 56, William, baker, dearly beloved husband of Ann Ross. Internment Heaton, Tuesday, lift 2.30. All friends and workmates kindly invited. "

I was looking up a few today. A little theme emerged. I found all my targets in 1900s, but had less success finding those in 1890s.

 You said 1895. But I found the notice in 1898.
I just kept looking from 1895 and got though 3 years
worth ( 6 editions a week)of Chronicles, until I
came across Patrick. I slept at the library.

Only kidding. I got the "correct" date from
the online index of Chronicle death notices.
