GRO Certs
« on: Tuesday 11 May 10 14:33 BST (UK) »
I've just purchased a birth certificate at a cost of £9.25, an increase of £2.25 since my last purchase which was earlier this year. How can they justify a 30% increase. What do you think and does this seem to be the general type of hyped increases?
