my  greatgrand father and great grand mother were born in shrewsbury. he was Partridge born born 1862 his mum was susan partridge born 1831 and his dad was william partridge born 1831. he married a rose kemsley born 20.04.1864 from spring gardens.  have visited shrewsbury and been to St Marys parish church were they married.  any one else related in any way.  susan partridges maiden name was fox, her mom was Sarah Fox born 1785, apparently she was registered blind but born in welshpool.

love to hear from anyone who knows of these or have them in their family tree.

I think we are connected as I am descended from the Partridges which moved to Leeds ie James Partridge who married Chrisianna Bolland.

Do you have James in yours ? If so would like to share info
