I am trying to locate where this lady  lived to then hopefully trace back her tree.
looking for her parents names and date of birth

Then what you want is her birth certificate as it will list exact date and place of birth, names of parents (and when and where they married), etc.
Births up to 1909 are available to view as scanned images but from 1910 onwards need to be ordered.
