Oops...I said there was a Mary Yates...I am wrong.  Mary Yates is on another family lineage...Sorry!

Hi Dawn

I had a look at Rolleston Church for you this evening but I could'nt see any Adams or Wrights, at lot of graves are very hard to read and there are only a few 1700 graves with headstones. Most headstones date from 1850 onwards.
I will take a look at Marston  Church next as this church yard is quite a lot bigger.
I will let you know what I find.

Wow!  Thanks for looking in the first graveyard.  I hope you will have better luck in the other.  I didn't realize they were so large!  It's a shame that the headstones get so worn.

Sorry that I haven't written sooner....been on vacation to PEI and had a small family reunion with a few "Adams"...was great to meet some new relatives.

Hello,
I too am a descendant of John Adams born November 4, 1734 in Derbyshire.
I was reading Dawn's post and I've also been to PEI and have seen his gravesite.
My lineage goes, Thomas, John, Thomas, William B and James A. Everyone was from PEI after John.
Hope you all see this as I noticed the posts from Bill and Dawn were from 2010.
I wonder if I have any information I could share with you.
