Didn't recognise my password, now I'm getting a runtime error.

Is it just me?

yes...exactly the same...didn't remember my password, then runtime error...when I did finally get in, my customised homepage was not there, but a notice was up saying they are having problems.  Now I'm back to getting runtime error! grrr

No its not just you.  Just logged on and it is so slow.  Eventually got my search results and it is not giving me access to anything other than the 1881 census and the FreeBMD, i.e., the stuff you don't have to pay for.  Tried accessing my subscription information but can't.  I know my subscription is up to date though.  It was working fine this morning.  Becoming increasingly frustrated.  I think its the second time this week there have been problems. Heard a rumour that the problems are being caused by a promotion they have been doing offering free trials and they have been inundated - don't know if its true or not.  I think they should take care of their existing customers before offering freebies.

 :( :( :(

PS - got the runtime error the same as you now so given up.

So they went lots of new members?  They'd better get themselves a bigger server then, this one obviously can't cope with the traffic!

The notice that was up had something to do with them being inunadated...so yeah, time for bigger servers I guess...there should be some kind of program though that recognizes sub users and enable them to get on.  Crazy, and very annoying!  >:( >:( >:(
