I got this e-mail today from Ancestry

Quote
Our system shows that you logged in to Ancestry.co.uk on Wednesday, May 19th, so you’re probably aware that we experienced a technical issue with our family trees system that day.

We have now resolved the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused you. The family tree system is now back to normal and ready for you to use.

As a small gesture of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, we're adding one day to your subscription length. This change will take effect over the next few days.

Thank you for your continuing membership.

Don't remember having much trouble last Wednesday, apart from it being slow, so maybe those of you who couldn't get on yesterday will get a similar message soon.

Lizzie

ps.  Just realised the e-mail mentions "Family Trees".  As I rarely use the Family Trees, this is a bit of a bonus.

Presumably by moving the renewal date on a couple of days.
