Have you looked on freeBMD?

I can't find a birth reg - did she have a middle name ??

Do you have her on any census ?? If so could you give details ??

i have looked on free bmd i could not find her.
charlotte middle names are matilda georgina.
she is on the 1901 census if that helps

I can't see them as a couple in 1851 and there seem to be too many possible marriages between a William Taylor and an Ann between 1851 and 1861. Maybe you'll need Charlotte's birth cert to ascertain Ann's maiden name first  :-\
