John Ellis married Jane Pennington, Chester 1874. The 1881 census Monks Coppenhall, Cheshire gives both born Buckley c1854.  John - father Samuel and Jane - father Thomas. Seeking baptisms. Children said to be born Buckley and/or Crewe.

There is a birth record for a Jane Pennington in 1850 in Wrexham.  The 1851 census gives a Jane Pennington, father Thomas, mother Charlotte bur I cannot say for certain that this is she.
