Hi, Brassware,
Thanks for your message. It was quite common for young men to forget other relatives in foreign countries. I would be interested in any info that comes to light. If I can help, let me know.

Hi RobPhill, i am a direct descendant of John Webb, Born Abt 1870 in Staffordshire.
My Grandfather was John Joseph Webb Born in  Monkton, W. Yorks. I am trying to trace relatives in the midlands and also looking for John Webb's wife and any parents to take the family line back further.

I hope you or anyone else is able to help

Looking for Robphill,

Are you still active on Rootschat, as I am a direct descendant of John Webb, through William Webb & Mary Webb (Nee Southall), it would be great to get in touch.

Are you still in touch with Pam aka Downunder.

Regards
Martyn
