Granddad needs Brighting Up

Hi
Im sorry this is not a very good photo I know but it is the only one of my Granddad which was found on an old disc
Could one of you kind people give him a clean up so I can see his face. Any help is much appreciated

Thanks you Guys I know its not the best photo to work with but as usual you have come through for me
I never met my granddad and this is first picture ive seen of him so again thanks for all your efforts
