No cannot find any death records, other than those I've already posted.  RAOGK sometimes have volunteers who can help, one on this link for Orleans says "I am very willing to offer consultation and direction to those seeking genealogical / historical info in this area"

http://www.raogk.org/louisian.htm

Could try looking up the nearest library and e-mail to see if they will do you a "look-up". According to reply 37, the 1910 Census said they had been married 12 years - so looks to be 1898

Could be a contact e-mail address here for the Deynoodt line. Seems to have been researching for a few years.

Just saw it! Amazing!

I'm trying to finish most of the essay, but I'll try to spend a few minutes tonight re-reading the messages and trying to fill in the gaps in the tree. On Thursday Im going to the archives and I'll find out there José de Ben's parents and grandparents came from and what their names were.

Thanks Dettori28!
